Following Samsung’s recall of its latest flagship device, the Galaxy Note 7, at least one U.S. carrier, AT&T have made plans to offer exchanges and returns for the device.According to the AT&T website, the company is offering a full return for all Galaxy Note 7 owners. Regardless of the condition, the company is making moves to either fully return or exchange the device for a new one or a different device. This news comes after people have reported their devices exploding and catching on fire. In response, Samsung stopped all sales and recalled the device to further investigate and solve the issue.
So for anyone who owns a Galaxy Note 7 and you are on AT&T, I strongly urge you to take full advantage of the new return and exchange policy.
